• Strictly C.O.D. or within 7 days of the date of your invoice unless alternative arrangements have been made.
• Customers ordering vehicles off the public highway do so entirely at their own responsibility.
• Delivery at kerbside or nearest point off the road.
• Cancellations will be accepted with seventy two hours notice and a full refund given.
• After delivery or collection the company, Ideal Turf, shall be under no liability for loss or damage or deterioration of the turf or top soil whatever cause arising.
• No returns accepted once delivered or collected.
